Tips to Remember:
Children 1 year or older: ET tube size = (16 + age in years) 4.
Use uncuffed tubes in children under 7 years.
ET tube length (in cm) at the teeth = ET tube size x 3.
Pediatric chest tube size = ET tube size x 4.
Pediatric NG tube or Foley size = ET tube size x 2.
